Flaws: A drug and alcohol problem rekindled by a recent divorce and custody battle.
The Backstory: Hired by the Andersons to be the chef when they first buy the Lodge. Has an excellent resume and a number of magazine articles both written about him and written by him about recipes. He just lost his own restaurant in an ugly divorce so needs a new job and home.
Series Arc: He’s not going to make it through the first episode though he will try to come back.
