Flaws: Fishing is his first love, cooking is what he does to pay for it. When he has enough to fish, he doesn’t work.
The Backstory: From rural Pennsylvania and a fly fishing fanatic. Will live out of his vehicle for months at a time chasing the best runs. Is a classically trained chef who has also been mentored by a sushi master.
Series Arc: Will save the day and get the Andersons through the first season. Becomes Woody’s fishing buddy. At the end he will go on a fishing trip and never come back having taken a new job to fish somewhere else.
