Flaws: Lack of ambition
The Backstory: Has dropped out of school. Liz got him the job. Wants all the freedoms of being an adult, with none of the responsibility. Needs to learn being an adult is all about responsibility.
Series Arc: He is an irresponsible teen being forced to work because he dropped out of school. He will face the consequences of his choices throughout the season but will learn responsibility and will step up when Woody gets hurt.
