Do you have WiFi? No and that’s the point, eliminate outside distractions and fully focus on the moment.

How many rooms do you have? We have eight cabins, two suites, five cottages, and three houses.

How many guests can you host? At double occupancy, the maximum guest count is 58.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes! We can create special menus and alternatives for guests with restrictions.

Do you have any A/V equipment? We have a portable microphone with speakers. The TV in the library is a smart TV and you can cast to it with your laptop.

Sample Four Day Event

Day 1

3pm - Arrive. Settle into your rooms.

5pm - Gather in the Library for cocktails and appetizers.

6pm - Buffet dinner to encourage networking. Informal team activities.

Day 2

8-9:30 am - Breakfast in the restaurant.

9:30 am - Noon - Morning session in the Library.

Noon - 1:30 pm - Lunch in the restaurant.

1:30 - 3:30pm - Free time. Guests can explore on their own, relax by the river, journal…

3:30 - 6 pm - Afternoon work session in the Library.

6:30pm - Formal dinner in the restaurant.

Day 3

8-9:30 am - Breakfast in the restaurant.

9:30 am - Noon - Morning session in the Library.

Noon - Pick up sack lunches and head out for a group waterfall tour.

4 - 6 pm - Afternoon work session in the Library.

6:30 pm - Formal dinner in the restaurant followed by drinks and dessert in the Library.
